From Richmond Virginia

Take 64 West to Charlottesville and take 29 South. Follow direction 1-7 below.

Or Take 460 West to Lynchburg. Take the Candler’s Mountain Road exit onto 501 North. Stay on 501 North making several turns until arriving at Eagle Eyrie.

From North in General

Take 81 South towards Roanoke. Exit on 64 East Towards Charlottesville. Take 29 South to Madison Heights and follow direction 1-7 below

From Washington Take 495 to 66 West . Exit on route 29 after Manassas and follow the direction 1-7 below. Lynchburg is around 3 hours from route 66.

Direction

1. Take 29 South to Madison Heights

2. Take 29 South Business into Lynchburg crossing the John Lynch Bridge.

3. After crossing the bridge, right turn at the second traffic light onto Rivermont Ave.

4. Rivermont Ave turns into Boonsboro Road at the Oakwood Country Club.

5. Continue on Boonsboro Road until you pass the Boonsboro Shopping Center.

6. At the next traffic light turn right onto 501 North.

7. Eagle Eyrie is approximately 4.5 miles on the right.
