Last Year’s Retreat was held at Grace Baptist Church. It was designed to focus on Mission and at the same time it’s an opportunity  to meet the old and new members of the EAFCF family. Pastor Lacanilao was the Main speaker and  several Mission Leaders in our Christian community shared different ministries that we can be part of. Lunch was catered by Chick-Fil-A, praise and worship was led by Grace Filipino Church Youth Praise Team and FilAm Community Church of Springfield under the leadership of Pastor Romy Capuli. Pastor Charlie Chilton gave the opening remarks and a brief history of EAFCF. There was a  video presentation of the retreat’s highlights in almost every year in the past 20 years.  Report on 2005 Mission trip to the Philippines was presented by Pastor Fred Nuguid,  followed by his son, David Mark’s presentation of the PIBC Youth’s Mission involvement at Baguio City prior to the EAFCF Retreat held at Tagaytay City, Philippines. This annual family retreat was used by God to help start churches, to challenge and encourage some to commit to full-time ministry and to continue to work on everyone to see and get out of their comfort zone to be able to minister to other people.
